His history dates back to the times when Megaman fought with Dr. Willy - pleasee - Dr. Willy created Zero for something like Master Albert's Destiny of Destruction. About his age - ... Older than Megaman X ;)
About Skin - based on Zero's model in Megaman Zero Series(games for Game Boy Advance - Nintendo DS)
