This is Isabell, the Cloud Queen. She controls the rain, hail, and lightning. Whenever she's sad, she makes it rain. When she's mad, she makes lightning strike. When she's laghing, she makes it hail. She got her powers from her mom, which she unfortunatly passed away at the age of 5000. Her father is the king of the wind, but he does not visit his daughter so much. Isabell actually lives in the clouds and hav lived there for generations. Her current age is 2000. She never left the clouds, nor she ever will.
