On a whim I decided to create a Neptune skin on my iPod using the skin creator. Neptune is the main protagonist of the Hyperdimension Neptunia series. The series is basically a parody of the videogame industry, aptly naming the world "Gamindustri." Neptune is 1 of 4 ruling CPUs (the world's leaders basically) and she represents the SEGA Neptune, a cancelled game console. She's a very lazy girl who has a sweet tooth for pudding and likes to just slack off and play games all day.
This is Neptune's hoodie outfit. I didn't use any of those jackets on the skin so it should look the same in all version.
P.S. comes complete with panties underneath her hoodie like in game.
