Noire, aka Black Heart, is the CPU of Lastation in the Hyperdimension Neptunia series. This skin is of her parallel ultradimension counterpart. If it ain't obvious (P)lastation. Yeah, she represents the playstation console from Sony. She's into cosplaying/otaku interests, a tsundere (the japs love 'em), and is a workaholic.
I had a bit of trouble figuring out how to do the hair but I got it to work, I think. Feedback would be appreciated. To be honest, the 1.8+/snapshot 14w-something skin version I have looks much nicer.
