This is Okhos! (And yes his name has a click in it), The braindead Fishman Ambassador from Somewhere in the ocean. He doesn't remember where he came from or where he is going anymore, only that he should keep going. He used to be a fairly well know ambassador for the fishmen, until he got lost at sea one day, and stayed lost at sea. By now, he has spent the greater parts of his life guiding his ship aimlessly of the rolling waves of the ocean for he has forgotten his purpose as ambassador, and he will no doubt continue his never ending journey until he dies, or is found by other sailers. This is the short, summarized story of poor old braindead Okhos!.
