How It Works
To make it work, look at the skin from an angle. The eyes will always look at you.
How To Make It
Make the head white and then put a hat on top. The hat layer should be the normal face. Then erase 2 2x2 holes in the hat layer. Next, put 2 2x2 black squares where the eye would be. Now you have it!
