Ossa Regus Magum or King Ossa for short is the ruler of an underground kingdom. This immortal being rains terror over it's subjects. The ruler of the underground as most would call him.
He gathered his powers after coming across an enchanted staff that granted him the ultimate power... to reanimate the dead. For these powers to work however he was to give up his own life and become an immortal being, never able to travel to the surface world.
He now slaves underground, slowly building an army for his final assault on the surface world.
