This is my entry for La_Pixel's challenge. You have to create a skin in 15 minutes from the first pixel down, so here's my entry. I finished in 14:12. Most of the hair on the head is repeated across the whole head in interest of time. I also had no time to do a hat layer, and some other things. Either way, I think I used my time fairly well.
