For the latest skin contest, "Above the Clouds", the first thing that came to my mnd was Care Bears, though I hadn't even thought about them for many years. I chose a pretty popular one called "Cheer Bear" as a reference image. I hope you enjoy the skin, and if you do, be sure to leave a DIAMOND to help my chances of placing!! :D
