It's Rattata!
This one turned out really well! It's like it's in the top percentage of Rattata skins!
You need "Mine Little Pony" to get the most out of this skin. You won't see the quadruped model without it.
Also, set the player model pixel to "pegasus" to make this a fancy wing-ed Rattata!
