Rocket Whale

This just in!  Citizens are in a panic after multiple citings of a large UFC - Unidentified Flying Creature!  This mysterious.. thing... has been seen terrorizing the neigborhood, flying low and nearly hitting homes and businesses before zooming up and into the clouds. Local witnesses describe it as a bright yellowish orange whale.  A shop owner who's store was recently buzzed by the creature is quoted as saying "It looks like someone simply strapped rockets onto a whale! Who would do such a thing?"  A woman jogging in the park noted "the poor thing looks more terrified than we are!"  Reporters have reached out to the resident Mad-Scientist, but he declined to comment, muttering only "it works! it works!" under his breath.
