Schneizel el Britannia is the Second Prince and Prime Minister of the Holy Britannian Empire. Like Lelouch he was a keen strategist and the only one that Lelouch was never able to beat at games like chess, he also like Lelouch was extremely charasmatic and could sway anyone with the power of his words. He, like Lelouch and Charles wants the best thing for this world along with an era of peace, however he is misguided on how to achieve such a thing and plans to use fear to subjugate an entire planet
