Sewer Mutant!

Muriel was just a normal girl... Until one day, she fell... down the TOILET!
Cold and alone she fended for herself, eating whatever she could find.
Soon enough she became smart and as a cure for her sickness she felt, she accidentally turned herself into a squid!
On the hunt for things to cure the squidness, she could only cure a little bit. Soon enough, only her head was left! D:
DUN DUN DUNNN...
She now roams the sewers under the streets of Jacksonville, looking for her next victim to take the body from! :o
WATCH. OUT.

Muriel is a human who has mutated with the creatures down in the sewers, she is now 1/3 octopus, and is just a head, she relates to the theme because she has mutated into a weird creature that is an outcast of society. So she lives in the sewes as she isn't allowed on the surface...
