Shiny Azumarill Girl

This is a skin of a girl with blue hair (Non-shiny Azumarills normal colour) And yellow sweater, with bubble like spots, as azumarill has :D I  really hope you like it :) I like it myself, I tried my best to make it look like the shiny version of an Azumarill, well, the seater I mean, but I really hope you guys like it, if you want me to make an original version of this, as in like make one that isn't the shiny version then let me know in the comments. :)  (Once again the hair isn't mine, all credit goes to the original maker!) ~Ꮆαɪℓ
