They granted him a body for his spirit to come when he would have no body to use. But one thing the body was made of life crystals from the heavens or space since the found a crash site on mount fuji on november 5th 1921 . But a nazi spy was able to infiltrate into enemy territory in 1922 and inject a virus into the Ninja body so it would follow the command of the nazi.
