This is Static Shock, the main character of the TV show "Static Shock" (go figure). He has electrical powers, hence the name "Static Shock". He has his blue eye-protective glasses, black tank top with his lightning bolt logo on it, blue and gold gloves, blue boots, and white mask. He also has gold decoration on the back of his legs, along with his belt and black pants. Unfortunately, the layout of the Minecraft skin makes it difficult to create his dreadlocks, so I didn't do anything special with his hair. I chose to design the Static on the right-hand side.
