An intermissional development to get warmed up for King Koopa himself. It's been a while since I've posted, so a little refresher course never hurts!

Based on the Super Mario Bros. Movie's depiction of the simplistic critters found throughout the Mario universe, the Goombas have taken on a somewhat Reptillian appearance and genetic makeup in the film. Not all of them are inherently bad, though; Toad, one of the rebellious denizens of Dinohatten that get's De-Evolved for bad-mouthing the "President", is made into a Goomba himself, but somehow has enough of his own personality left in his tiny brain to know to help the Brothers Mario and their friend Daisy later on in the movie.

All in all, big thanks yet again to the Super Mario Bros. Movie Archive, without their extensive coverage of the movie, none of the development would be possible for these skins!
