I knew this one would be tough to make. Those stupid ribbons had me working for a long time. I still don't like it.
You need "Mine Little Pony" to get the most out of this skin. You won't see the quadruped model without it.
Also, set the player model pixel to "pegasus" to make this a fancy wing-ed Sylveon!
