Okay, so I know I am not the best skin-maker in the world, yes, I know I suck at skins, but I have made this skin, in hope that I can become better, if I can get the spirit to make the skins.
I made this Toad, because I was in a weird mood one night, and was watching Mario Kart Wii, so I decided to make this skin!
