Although only being in the game for the first fifteen minutes, he's pretty cool. His life spanning through the first four Elder Scrolls games, and actually having an appearance in IV: Oblivion. Admittedly, Oblivion is my favorite of the series, while many would find it to arguably be the worst. It's comical, while being serious. The feel of the entire game is pretty immersive.

Then there's the Shivering Isles DLC. My god it's one of my favorites, tied with Bloodmoon/Dragonborn.

Plus he's voiced by PATRICK STEWART.

THE ONE GUY FROM STAR TREK.
