Venerable Arcano-core Guardian

One of eight Arcano-core Guardians, summoned eons ago by an ancient race known only as, The Founders. These Guardians were created with the sole purpose of protecting the planet's Sacred Core. It is there, in the core, that the energy for sustaining all life on the planet exists. A power so dense and so great, the Founders foresaw the ruin that would befall the world should such a power be allowed to fall into the wrong hands... Thus it was sealed, deep beneath the crust, surrounded by layers of bedrock, obsidian, and complex spells. In order to deter any prying eyes or ill-fated miners, the Founders forged and summoned the eight Arcano-core Guardians and placed them at the corners of the Sacred Core.

     These Guardians are comprised of molten gold and diamonds woven together by the very magic they were created to protect. They have the ability to fuse with any kind of rock or mineral. This allows them to pass freely in and out of the Sacred Core as well as to ambush and subdue those who dare to desecrate the surrounding area.

     It is believed by many that, killing just one will provide enough magic to summon 1,000 Ender-portals. However, this has yet to be proven one way or the other... for to this day, all who have ventured too close have never returned.
