HIHI!!!!!! ok so the title of this skin doesnt start with M.E.R.P. like it usually does....... it didnt feel right to put that in the title because of copyright and such...... VOCALOID OLIVER IS NOT MY CREATION ( well this skin is sorta i did make the skin........)  SRY the hat looks so darn weird...... KEEP THE HAT i had to alter the layer under it to make it look ok............... I've been listening to vocaloid oliver a lot lately and when i searched for a skin of him I COULDNT FIND ONE SINGLY SKIN soooooo........ i made one!!!!!!!!!! (-->U<--)
