Hello there!
I am looking for someone to create me a custom skin on their freetime. It is somewhat complex so if you do not have the time don't sweat it.

I realize this may come as a bit of a challenge so if nobody has the time I will do my best to just find one similar, but if there is a kind fellow that will create such a masterpiece for me, I will be very grateful.
