Heyoo, this is a skin. Yeah. I thought of the clouds idea because of the fact those are all I've been seeing that past few days. -thanks rain- But rain is cool, and so are clouds. I know it's probably hard to tell but those things on her head are clouds. Ye. It may be similar to other skins but I like it.
