This may sound a bit harsh, however this is a warning I wish for the people of PMC to take note of.
Do NOT Make Skins of Adoptables that do not Belong to you
I have seen this occur a lot lately. As someone who is more active on Deviantart than PMC I can tell you, people pay a lot for adoptables. And most people will NOT allow you to use their character without their consent. I don't care if you like the design, it is technically "illegal" in the Deviantart world. You will get harassed if the character owner finds out. It has happened to me. It is not fun. I can't speak that it can land you in jail, but I can speak of what I said before. The character belongs to someone else that could of paid anywhere from 5-100 dollars on it and does not want you using it. This goes for using random other people's characters as icons or putting them on your page. If you get their consent it is fine, but without it, it is insulting and rude.
