Ferid Bathory from Owari no Seraph.
He is a 7th progenitor vampire and the one who kiled Yuichiro's family.
Voiced by Takahiro Sakurai (whom also voiced Claude Faustus from Black Butler II, Ruki Mukami from Diabolik Lovers II, and the medicine seller aka kusuriuri from Mononoke,) Ferid is one of the main Antagonists in the series.
I love and hate him in the same time but I'm not gonna say why (you know, spoilers?) He is fabulous af
The creators also described him as one of the most prettiest characters in the series.
