"It's finally Halloween!"

14 year old Mallory loved Halloween. Mallory being herself, she'd already picked out a costume for each holiday. Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving...you get the point.

Anyway, this Halloween was different. She was going to a Halloween party at her school with her best friend, Roxy.

Roxy constantly teased Mallory, saying, "Aren't you too old for Trick or Treating?" or "I bet all the ghosts will come up from under your bed and kill you!!" Of course, none of this stopped her from loving this holiday. She was one of a kind.

When Mallory and Roxy arrived at the party, two "friends" came out from behind a huge tree, grabbed Roxy, and threw her in a huge "box cage thing." While one was blocking her from coming out, the other took out an axe and hit Mallory over the head with it. Obviously, she died. But not from the axe. Three years before she was diagnosed with some kind of small medical condition, but that's not it either. Give up yet?

Mallory died because her best friend "Roxy" never lied.

The ghosts came up from under Mallory's bed and attacked her the previous night.

Roxy was dreaming about this whole thing.
