This person is a creation of ME.
His eye radiats with a magic called: Realm Magick
He has a past of causing small ammounts of chaos, but after learning his freinds history, he had crushed him in a realm spell and now his remains are locked up in a lab, soon to reanimate for the 3rd time.
P.S. This is a 3d skin, where if you disable the hat, you shut his eyes.
