I trudged throught the blackened snow, shivering violently. I felt the ice crunching against my body. After the nuclear explosion, my body felt weighed down and I felt that I couldn't continue any more. A gathered up all my strenghth to walk to safety. I wind howled against my ears at the power of a thousand screaming dragons. 'Snow!' called a muffled voice through the wind. 'Snow!' the voice called again. I felt a that I recognised that voice. Gathering all my strenghth, I called, 'Jesse, is that you?' I then felt a hand grabing me. After all this, I was finally reunited with him. I was a survivor. I survived the nuclear winter. Snow is what they call me.
