This is the aqua guy. He was originally evolved from a rare type of fish, but now he turned into a costume. His official species is called Aquarius Indigolio and he is dominantly blue. One day, he decided to go derpy. That is why he has a derpy face. This relates to the halloween theme because every year, millions of people dress up for halloween. They dress up as many different people. Some people have even dressed up as people similar to the Aqua Guy. The aqua guy should be respected by people who party by the pool and people who go to the beach often. His costume should be worn by people far and wide, and by people who sail the seven seas. His costume deserves to be worn because of the swag he has. He is the aqua guy. He is special.
