OC - Indigo Blue

Hey Guys!
First of all, I updated this to be a new OC of mine. Her name is Indigo Blue and I made up a kind of story for her - She wears blue clothes and a scarf because first of all she loves blue, but also she has blue skin and hair (which she used to love) but now is afraid that people will make fun of her for it, so she wears a scarf to try and hide it, and blue clothes so having blue hair and blue skin looks natural- as if someone thinks she's just wearing blue and likes blue at first look, and hopes that no one will notice her. It's hard not to notice her, Really, because she's all blue... Her name is Indigo Blue because y'know... She's blue... but blue is a weird first name, and Indigo's a first name which is kinda like blue... Idk... I like the idea of her anyway. Abd yes, this is my current skin, except I changed the skin colour.
This is so off track to what I was planning to make. I was actually trying to make something inspired by the music video for P!ATD's new song, Emperors New Clothes... I got so off-track. That's why it's blue, and the eyes are green, and it has short hair. But I couldn't decide what clothes to put on it so I put a jumper... and jeans... and boots... and the body looked weird with no hair, so I added a scarf... And then I got rid of the horns I had put on the side... and added a fringe... and... Yeah. It turned out like this. And now it's my OC... Wow. I hope you guys like it anyway... I got the idea for the scarf from ~This~ Skin, so credit to them. I might try to make the thing I planned to do... Maybe... if I don't get so off-track.
