Okay, was going to do a Halloween themed skin but I had this for a while and I finally figured out I can upload this since it doesn't or shouldn't violate any rules.

Note : If you know where the character not the skin originates than you should know if you want a personal skin and have reference pictures I am very open minded and will not judge you based on the reference imgaes you use. Personal skin is for you and I am no prude. I'll create you your skin regardless of where it comes from or what you want it to look like.
