This is a skin I made for my sister, when she wanted a skin, so I tried making her one, but she had one theme: Derpy.
So here, her sweater (or idk what the thing is, a tank top???) is basically one strap loose, making her look clumsy (or drunk as heck), and her eyes are lazy, I guess...
