The big nuck only went off a year ago but the cold wasn't the biggest problem the was not even the struggle to find, drinkable water and no shelter was the biggest problem the biggest problem was the animals.
Now you needed armor to survive and even one of the best warriors with some of the best armor in the world have ice on their armor from the nuckular explosion on it,Witch makes the spots with ice on it weak and vulnerable.
This skin is one of the best warriors with some of the best armor in the world, with ice from the nuck on it.
