This skin is Bob, Bob Witkins and his little brother Bobby Jr. Before the nuke hit he tried to run as far away with his brother. but what he did wasnt enough. he heard the bombs drop and the sound barrier breaking... he hugged his brother before it hit them and his brother was fused into him. he woke up in freezing waters, ice surronding his body.
