Megumi "Megu-nee" Sakura-sensei from the anime Gakkou Gurashi!, or School-Live!. Short-haired version.
"It's not Megu-nee, it's Sakura-sensei!"
Got kind of lazy with the shading in some places (hair, arms, etc.) but given the spare time I had to work with, decided to finish this sooner. Might fix it later, or eventually.
