this is something new i wipped up in about a day or two out of my new love for the megaman franchise as a whole (mainly mm1 and mm3).
this skin did origanly used the new 1.8 skin system but this version works cleanly in the nwest version to the oldest.
if it gets requested I'll put up the one that was suited for 1.8 and above.
also this is based of of his megamix design.
