This is a guard stationed in the capital of the Great Hodor Nation, Ansunsin. Their job is to make sure that the capital remains a safe and prosperous place. They are authorized to kill suspects of treason, murder, assassination, etc..
Their uniforms are based on the ones used by the blood hunters.
