Jeff the Killer is a really popular creepypasta I made for the occasion of Master G's Ultimate Skinning Contest. Week 1's theme is Halloween, and what better way to do that than with one of the most popular fictional killers out there. Honestly, I've never bothered to read anything about the guy except that he cut off his eyelids and kills people, so I can't really say much about the guy's story XD
