This is Prince Korba the Ninteenth. (Yes, the ninteenth. There have been a lot of Korbas.) He's kind of a jerk, but he's actually a good friend if you get know him. He is a Locked Spirit in a Silver Key. One of his servants is Gradine, a garden snake, is also his best friend.
