Luis is your typical, 'everbody likes him,' kind of guy. And why wouldnt they? He's such a cool cat! Luis is a socail freak, he loves to hang out with nearly everybody, but he does prefer to remain the topic of discussion. He also frequents at Club Red with his friends Red and Jack, who, more or less, somewhat have distaste in Luis' dancing style. Luis will do his 360s and 720s even everywhere he goes, including weddings or formal dances... errr... not the best do have at a serious kind of party.

When Luis isn't at Club Red, he's on the streets, dancing for handouts and by golly he gets them all right. Luis sometimes makes $100 in an hour if he's really on the beat! He also loves to play MINECRAFT, in case you couldn't tell from his diamond ore shirt which he bought of off PMC for $15.95. Luis is calm under pressure and a real wiz at parkour but he prefers his street dancing.

Yes, Luis is a cool cat who's good at just about anything, except maybe avoiding murderers. When a murder case opens up in his apartment, the jovial, careless Luis isn't quite sure how to react. Luis instantly accuses Jimmy, because he knows a thing or two about him. When Jimmy pleads innocent, is Luis the one to blame?
