This is the MEOW-MARE, it is a ghost cat. Better keep your cat food cans sealed tight or you're in for a fright. This relates to the contest, because it is a spooky ghost cat perfect for an origional halloween costume. ( If this isn't enough I have no idea what to add to the description)
