This is "A" not "The" Mother Confessor from the spectacular TV series Legend of the Seeker, based off the amazing book "The Sword of Truth". I was just fooling around trying to make me a skin when I just kind of uploaded it because I noticed there weren't any confessor skins on this site, SO here you go :3
This is what she is kind of suppose to resemble, this is Kahlan Amnell, the current Mother Confessor.
