So this was requested and need. I would like to apologize to the person that asked for this. Literally when I started the skin, I had to just save it and get out my computer so all that was done was basic colors and the hair completely. Then when I go to try to work on it again, I can't do anything unless start over cause the uploading/opening files was not working at all. This had to be a week of me being like OMFG WORK! (I'm serious, I was freaking out.) But I hope you all enjoy this skin. I can finally say that I made a version of Naruto to go with the rest of my characters.
