Patrolling the nuclear Winter almost makes you wish for a nice time in the Mojave.

This guy is a Member of the NCR. And he got his nuclear Winter, but he dont like it.
His name is Steve, a Marksman from Camp Golf. He likes to sit at his bench, with a cool Nuca Cola in his hand, watching the sunset. But, now its Winter, so no more cool Drinks or siting and watching. 
In summer it is to hot! In winter to cold! Fucking Synths! All theirs fault! 
But there is one good thing! The Snow is singing Jingle Jangle Jingle! At least something.
