Pimpen has a special story to him, and a very special place in my heart.

I've just started to play Minecraft, I was young, naïve and have yet to learn to do anything in life (yes, that includes skinning). I had little to no friends during this time so my only choice were to go out in the web to find a Minecraft-server, and as you'd figure, I found one: It was named "Pimpen's Server (pimpen.no-ip.org)".


I logged in on this server, at the time it was just a jumbled mess of plug-ins that most servers are today - but there was something about it that made it so... much... fun! It was a plug-in that made you join a special faction, but the special thing about this faction was that every member had their own speical power in accordance to their faction - the Demons could shoot fireballs, the Werewolves gained an insane health boost during night (and extra health during day time). The Phantoms could go invisible and so forth.

This sense of communitity was nothing I've felt before, and I fell in love.



The server is now since long gone, so consider this a token of appreciation from a loyal fan. I've be sure to join again whenever it's open again. :)
