Negation Armor

I pulled on the last leg of the stretchable fabric. A pulsing hum and harmonics resonated with my skull, my knees, my fingers and my eyes. The intensity ramped up and everything began aching. As the pain moved towards agony there was a loud *snap* and the hovering voids appeared. I tapped at it with my sword, but there we no "tap". The sword passed through seemingly intersecting with my arm. There was no force on me at all. Beneath my suit, a wide grin spread across my face.
