Hey guys this skin for made for the Nuclear Winter Skin Contest. I hope you enjoy! :D

Dr. Nukeson is a scientist studying on how to stop the Nuclear Winter. He created an invention that almost stopped the Nuclear Winter but then a strike of ice and whacked him infected him turning his eyes purple and his hair and coat ice blue. His throat sounds a little soar and rough yet he is still trying to stop the Nuclear Winter.
