Nuclear Winter savage

This masked savage gets his food,weapons,equipment etc from killing others with his sharp battle hoe on his back.He likes being left alone mostly beacuse he grew up alone he was abandoned when he was young and had to fend for himself. He spends his days sleeping in a burrowed hole in the snow and spends his nights killing and stealing from people dumb enough to wonder around in the NUCLEAR WINTER WASTELANDS.
