This is a skin I made for the competition!
It relates to the theme because of the winter themed decorations and war-like or settler detail and clothing... The details shown include a few snowflakes or bits that fell onto her clothing, and a green scarf rapped around her neck slightly covering her mouth.
She relates to one of the remaining survivors in the Nuclear Winter.. The cape on her back is a frost-like blue which relates to the Cold Nuclear Winter..
